none of us can log in on premium family

My Question or Issue

 so my family decided to change from premium to premium family. we all shared one premium, however none of us cant log in when we get the mail that says log in, we just get to the page where the subscribtion are. what can we do?? please help

Please make sure that everyone is trying to log in into their own account(s) when trying to accept the invite(s).

Hey @odanorajonas, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

Ask the owner of the Family Plan to Invite members from their Spotify account page in Premium for Family section. Once you receive the email from Spotify to join his/her Family Plan you'll be able to either create an account if you don't have on already or simply upgrade to the plan by confirming the details asked there.
