My Question or Issue

Dear Spotify Support
Me and my family started a family premium account weeks ago. A few days ago me and my family travelled to a foreign country and my brother suddenly got kicked out of the family premium membership and there was no possible way for us to connect him back. Now we are back home and just tried to connect him back again but there is always the same error that shows up which says that he couldn't join but we really do not understand why.
