payed for family account for a month and it isn't working

payed for family account for a month and it isn't working

I payed for family account for a month and cancelled my subscription for it but still payed £14.99 for the month and it isn't working and the month isn't up ? Only bought it 2 days ago

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
