premium doesn’t work due to payment

Hi. Why doesn’t my premium for family work? It seems it works for my wife and kids but not my own account. My username is Lillarvid-Se or mail lillarvid@gmail.com. The payment has went through. Regards, Marten Arvidsson

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
