premium family does not work

premium family does not work

I have extended from premium to premium family to allow more than one current user. Is says up to five concurrent users. I have invited two family users. However,  still only one user is allowed at the time, so in practise there is no change except for higher price. Anyone out ther that have experienced the same and solved the problem?

Hey @SvennErik,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
