My Question or Issue

I moved from one household to another, I was part of a premium for family subscription in the previous household, but not the owner.

I now created a new premium for family subscription, but while creating it there was no option to define adress. The seemingly only option is to create an entirely new account and pay again the 14,99 e for the first month of the subscription.

I would prefer to continue with my old account with all my saved data. Is it somehow possible to define a new address?

Or to get money back for the subscription and just create a new account...

Unfortunately it isn't possible to change a current address.

Please check out this help page (including the terms) in order to have full knowledge of how to set up the Premium for Family properly.
