My Question or Issue

 My spotify premium has vanished after updating the app recently and i don’t know what to do? My mum pays for spotify family and she says she hasn’t stopped the subscription, how do i fix this?

It sounds like you didn't verify your physical address for the Premium for Family.. You can try checking your email inbox to see if you received an email notification about this.

For now, ask the administrator of the plan to reinvite you. If you have any trouble accepting the invite, try it out using an incognito window.
