problema con las funciones del plan familiar premium

Hola

 Tengo unn problema con mi cuenta y es que hace parte de un plan familiar. En la supcripción mi cuenta aparece como premium y todo en el registro y verificación de la misma están bien, sin embargo no tengo la opción de descargar canciones, por lo tanto no puedo usar la app offline. Agradecería si alguien me puede ayudar a resolver este problema.

Do you have any trouble with seeing your Premium features after logging out and back in? If so, try restarting the app to see if it helps.

Iv’e already did that. None of the stetting options help me to enable the premiun’s options.
The app show me my account as a premiun account, however I don’t have the option of donwload songs or playlist .

Please help me!
