problems with family account

We cannot get everyone onto their own accounts within our family plan.  Very frustrating!  I have written in here before and the solutions offered have not wokred.  I am thinking I need someone to walk us through this via phone or we need to cancel the subscritption and start over.  HELP!

Hi there @pamkatz71 I’m sorry your issue wasn’t solved before. But I need more information on what is going on. Did you invite your family members and they accepted your link, but their account is still free? Or is it something else? You can always contact support so they can help you manage your account, they can also help you join them for you.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
