"You're not eligible for that offer" when I try to pay using paypal

Hi,

I'm trying to pay for my family subscription using PayPal but I keep getting the "You're not eligible for that offer" error.

There's even a big "One little problem" section in my accunt's setting.

I don't even know what information I should share or where to start... Can anyone help?

We'd recommend starting off by trying to subscribe for the Family plan in an incognito window or using a different browser.

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

Lastly, you can send us screenshots of the error messages you see, just make sure you cover any personal information.
