spotify family premium

Hello! 

I have an account family premium, and they kick out of my plan to my family becuase spotify can´t verify that we live in the same house, the same address, and I checked and we all have the same information. Can anyone help me?

Hey bibicardenasz,

If you have checked that everyone on the Family plan is all showing as the same address and you are sitll not able to get on the plan I would then suggest you 

contact spotify support @SpotifyCares on Twitter or Facebook.  If you do not have Facebook or Twitter please use  this contact form.
