we cannot verify the address of a member of the family

I just moved back from uk to italy and I moved from premium to family.

 

My gf still has the UK number and she cannot be verified at the address.. she seats next to me.. 

 

This at the beginning was happening also with my sister..

 

please help

Hey @dimitriognibene, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

First, make sure the family resides at the same physical address. 

In order to be able to accept the invite, every member should have the same address and country. She can check here if she has added the same country as you. She can follow these steps if she needs to update it.

Then you can invite her again to the Premium Family plan. After she has accepted the invite, she can enjoy the Premium features. If she gets an error message, you can attach a screenshot and I’ll take a look.
