Abbonamento non funziona

Buongiorno,

Volendo attivare l'abbonamento premium per studenti, ho inserito i dati per il pagamento e i dati per la verifica dello status di studente. Mi é arrivato il messaggio di verifica completata, ma il mio abbonamento non si é attivato. Ho provato a disconnettermi e riaccendere, ma il mio abbonamento é sempre free. Ho provato a ri inserire tutti i dati e dopo aver inserito la mia università, mi dice che ho già usufruito di questo sconto, ma non é così.
