I have Spotify student premium and recently transferred from one university to the other. I updated my email, but I noticed I’ve been getting charged 9.99$ a month. I would like to be refunded for the months I have been overcharged. I didn’t get the email because my old university’s email isn’t working anymore. It also won’t verify that I’m a student still, which I am. 

 

What should I do?

By updating credentials on an existing Premium for Students plan you may cause an issue with verfiying your status and that can lead to a downgrade to the Regular Premium subscription.

 

In order to make sure you're properly using the Premium for Students plan, please check out this help page.

 

However, you can always visit this "Refunds" page in order to reach out to support for verifications.
