Account Hacked, Wanting to renew my subscription with a new email

My Question or Issue

I had my account with another email hacked, I changed my password and did not sign into the account user anyone else's device. So, I had to delete the account completely. How would I go about reactivating the student account under a different email?

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear this happened to your account. If you still had an active student discount on the account you closed, you won't be able to apply for another discount with the new account, you need to wait until 12 months have elapsed since you first signed up for it on your previous account. 

Our support teams will be able to help you transfer the discount to your new account, but only if your old account was closed within the last 7 days - after that it will be completely deleted.
