Being charged twice

Being charged twice

Plan Premium

My Question or Issue

 Hi!

i recent checked out the student discount and wanted to switch from regular premium to that campaign however I do not start UNI until August so I ended up not switching. But they still charged me for normal premium which is correct but they also charged me for the student campaign which is incorrect. I am wondering if I can get my money back or if they will charge me every month for the student premium as well.

Hey again @user-removed,

When it says "pending" and you didn't receive Student Premium, the money will reappear on your bank account soon 🙂

Have a nice day!

Hey @user-removed,

When you didn't subscribe to Spotify for Students they payment that was made should show as "pending".

Could you please check that for me 🙂

Let me know how it goes and

Hi! @LK608

Thank you for the fast reply, it says pending but when I check my account the money has been taken.
