Being denied from the Hulu & Spotify student subscription when I’m a college attendee

I am a college student, but when I type in my name, college, and date of birth I get a red notification that says, “unfortunately, we couldn’t confirm that you’re a student.” I have a student email and a student ID to confirm that I am a student and I was expecting the website to ask for that information. Please help.
