Can I cancel my Premium sooner than after a year?

Hi, 
if I use the Student Discount via UniDays and get Spotify for 4.99/month, do I have to pay it for the whole year or can I cancel it, for instance, after two months? 
Also, I am studying in the UK but I am originally from Czech Republic and anytime I am back home Spotify wants me to change my country settings, would my Premium (purchased with the Student Discount in the UK) work in my country if I change the country from UK to Czech Republic?

To make my question about the country clearer - will I be able to use Premium in the Czech Republic for the same price (4.99/month) as I would here in the UK?
