My Question or Issue

Hi! So I am unable to update my billing my information. I recently got a new debit card and want to use that to continue to pay for my plan. Unfortunately, the only option that appears is paying with PayPal. Is this a bug or am I forced to use it?

We're currently investigating an issue causing users to see PayPal as the only payment option available when trying to subscribe for Premium. Take a look at this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
