Can't be verified as a student

My Question or Issue

I am currently studying abroad in the US(at a university), and I want to register for Premium for Student, however, I am not verified as a student.

I entered the university's name in the US, and it didn't work. I tried entering my university name in Japan too, but the system says it is only for universities in the US.

I found another website which I can upload a file(related to university in Japan) to be verified, but it requires a file that is made in 3 months, which is impossible for me to get because I came here about 6 months ago. 

What can I do?
