My Question or Issue

Hello there!

I used to pay for Spotify family, but now I want to change my subscription to student.

I couldn't log into my University, but I send a transcript confirming that I am a student. 

Shortly after sending the transcript I got a mail saying I was verified. Now if I click on student discount it does say I'm verified, but I can't progress beyond that point. I literally can't pay lol.

Quick extra info, my card got closed, so I haven't paid for my family subscription yet, but since I want to change to student, I don't want pay for family. 

I just can't seem to actually change my plan to student, even though I'm verified.

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. I hope this helps!
