Can't re-verify student status

My Question or Issue

 I got an email stating that my premium for students plan would be expiring the end of this month. I tried to renew it but there's not option on that screen to do it. Please help me with this process as I still have 1 more year that I will be a student. 

Attached the images to show that I don't have any sort of interface to do it.

In this case, could you try doing this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using another device.
