My Question or Issue

Hi

So I have this problem, I've tried to renew my student discount but after tiping my informations in SheerID, I got message "You have already redeemed this offer.". However I see in my bank account history that subscription costs me as much as regular premium account. I use my Facebook account to log into Spotify, I checked on Spotify website and my plan is set as a Premium but without student discount.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

Keep in mind that Student subscription lasts 1 year at a time (with a 4 year limit). 

When the discount expires, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year. 

 

You can always request to be verified for another year here.

Once the verification is completed, you should receive an email with some steps to follow in order to activate your student discount. 

 

If you already applied for verification and are still waiting on the email, you can get in touch with SheerID Customer Service for any updates.
