Can't renew my discount after 12 months

My Question or Issue

I can't renew my discount with SheerID. When I complete the form, I get the message "Você já aproveitou essa offerta" - which translates to "You already seized this offer".

When my student offer ended, I paid regular premium for some months, then, this month, decided to cancel my offer. The other day I regreted and went to the site to sign the student offer again. Since then I get this message.

It'd be great for you to get in touch with our friends at SheerID through this link and ask them to clarify:

1. whether the student discount you're trying to activate is currently associated with a different Spotify account or, as a alternative,
2. whether they can help you with completing their verification successfully

It's good to address this with SheerID since they're the ones responsible for such processes.
