Can't select my university even though it should be eligible for Student discount

My Question or Issue

I live in Slovenia and I am trying to get the student discount. I am studying at Univerza v Ljubljani, which I checked at sheerID and it says it is eligible. However every time I try to search for my university on the student discount form, it only shows US universities, even though I have selected my country as Slovenia on my account and the url for the form is a slovenian based one.

Sometimes data in your browser can cause such behavior. An easy way to avoid this is using a private or incognito browser window to open the SheerID verification form.

This page has all the instructions on how to start one. A good idea would also be to try a different browser or another device if that's an option. If you are using VPN you should also deactivate it.
