Cannot Get Student Discount to Properly Work

My Question or Issue

 I cannot get the student verification to work. I am currently enrolled at my undergraduate university full time and have used Spotify for students this past year, but when I went to renew it the form says:

"Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student.
Please check your details and try again." even though I have had the student discount before? I have never renewed it before, and my university is on the list. I have also tried the manual verification, but to no avail. It says my documents are invalid?? Help please!
