Cannot change country as I changed my school from Swiss to US

My Question or Issue

Hello, I have recently changed my school from Switzerland to the US. But my plan in Switzerland is still in progress for another 6 months. Due to this, I cannot change my plan to the US one and neither the country. I need to change it to join a family here in the US. Can any please help me with this?

thanks for posting !

You started by mentioning you are a student who moved an unable to change the country settings on your account.

Then you mentioned your wish to change the country in order to join a family plan, am i correct ?

If so, please know that a user cannot have both the Student Plan and the Family plan on the same account.
