Cannot make use of student discount

Hello,

I was using student account for one year. Lastweek I tried to renew my student account by verifing my status via SheerID. However, I could not take advantage of student discount. I should have paid 7 TRY instead of 14 TRY, but it took 14 TRY.

Why did that happen?

You have to renew the student subscription every year through your school. Sometimes you must upload a proof of enrollment for them to verify that you are indeed a student. I would check into that!
