Charge but no premium

Hello Spotify,

I'm a 18-year-old university student from Turkey. Yesterday, I tried to raise my account premium with student discount. My card information has being taken and system charged me 6,99₺. After then, I had an email about my failure for student discount. Consequently, spotify charged but they said me "we didn't verify your account to be student." Could you give my money back or i'll send my student proofs again.

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

I read your reply and I waited around 4 days. System don't say "pending", also they don't give my money back. I'm afraid to try again raise my account to premium. They might say again " we can't verify your account"
