Charged 9,99 € instead of Student Discount 4,99 €. Never received a warning mail.

I was charged 9,99 instead of the discounted 4,99. I am still a student and want the money which I paid on the top back.

Did exactly the same. 

I paid 15€ too much (3 month with 9,99 instead of 4,99€).
I'm still student and have never recieved any information about the change of my subscription. 

I send my student's informations to Spotify to pass (once more) to Student subscription. 

Still, I would like to get back the 15€ that I've paid, by non-information.
