Charged Full amount for student account

So I was not of best health last month when i got the notice for Sheer ID renewal,

I couldn't visit my college to get a bonafide certificate for renewal since my college ID doesn't mention the date of issue.

In the meanwhile my student discount expired and just as I was renewing my student discount, I was charged for the full 119 Rupees.

Is there any way for me to reverse that and get charged  for student amount?

We suggest you open the email confirming your SheerID verification and scroll down to find a big button saying GET PREMIUM.

Click on this button and follow the steps in order to set up a payment method on which the student discount will be applied. Don't worry, you won't be charged additionally after performing these steps. It's just a mere confirmation of the payment details for your discount.

I get what you mean but I've been using premium since 1 full year.

I meant, I couldn't renew in time and was charged for full premium. I was
then verified on the same day.

My issue is that, can I get a refund on the full amount? And get charged
for studemt amount for this month?
