My Question or Issue

So there was a bit of a controversy going on. I was using my Student discount, which was valid until 12-08-2020. So, I wanted to change my payment details and after I changed them, my plan changed to the regular Premium one, instead of the Student one. I couldn't change it back to the Student one, because I was constantly getting a 404. However, when I clicked on the 'Change payment details' again, it showed me that I'll be charged 5 euros like usually.
Eventually, I got charged 10 euros this month. Can I possibly get a refund, since I didn't change my plan nor my discount expired. And this is the only Spotify accound I have.

With that said, if you've signed up for the wrong plan by accident and were charged more than expected, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, so that they can add one month of Premium to your account as compensation for the overcharge.
