Charging me twice and student account doesn't work

Hi my account was charged twice then it said I'm not a student which I am at san jacinto community college my student is is g00999002 idk know why it isn't finding me. This is my ref:_00DD0pxIW._500571ZU10j:ref can someone help

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?
