College no longer exists on Spotify for Valid Colleges for Student Discount

Hello, 

Earlier this year I started attending Exeter College, Devon. My friends and my brother recommned Spotify to me for my music subscription service. They are all on Student Discount. When I went to apply for my Student Discount, Exeter College did not exist as an option for a valid collge. 

I tried to request that SheerID add the College to Spotify's option list for Colleges but every time I tried to add my college name to the application, it immediately deleted it. 

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this and get my Student Discount?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

If your college is not showing up when you're trying to sign up you won't be eligible to use the student discount at this time. However, you can request it to be added by heading here. Keep in mind that it might take some days for it to show up. 

If you're having troubles, we'd suggest giving it another try in an incognito or private window in your browser.
