My Question or Issue

I've tried to add my college the the SheerID list so i can get spotify student premium like i have in the past and it says my college is an "Ineligible School", i dont know why this is and was wondering if i could get information on this?

Hey @Huaweijbt, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you don’t see your university/college listed during sign up, it’s not supported right now.

You can always request to add a college/university. Keep in mind though, it can take at least 30 days for the verification partner SheerID to get back to you.

no, my college shows up, but instead of saying its supported it just says in inelligable as if they WONT support it, as they wont allow me to make an application for it to be supported
