Premium Individual (Supposed to be Premium Student)

My Question or Issue
I signed up for the Premium Student plan in the 2018-2019 school year at University of Missouri, therefore my Spotify account was created under my student email. I am no longer attending this university, but another 4 year university and have changed my email address associated with my account and verified the new student email. However, I have been charged $9.99/month and am no longer receiving the student price. When I attempt to sign up through the get started link for the Premium Student page as directed to renew a student plan, I am given the prompt that my credentials are associated with another account and I could not be verified as a student. How can I fix this?
