My Question or Issue

Intenté obtener Spotify premium por descuento estudiantil. Mi universidad aparece en las opciones pero de todas formas dice que no se ha podido verificar que sea estudiante. ¿Porqué no aparezco como estudiante si mi universidad aparece y he puesto toda la información restante bien? Gracias anticipadas
