Hi spotify support team, I send all information and documents in 14.07 but still did not get any response. Checked spam also. How we can solve that problem.

In manual verify my university is not listed (

Hi @Malik_Jalolov  

 

If your university isn't listed in the manual verification, then this means two things. Either A) it is not qualified by SheerID terms for the student discount or B) no one has requested the university to be added to the list. Go to this link to request your university to be added to the list

Hey there @Malik_Jalolov,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

@Keanu_C suggested a really good approach. We understand that though your university is listed as an eligible school, you still can't select it from the list.  It'd be a good idea to reach out to the Customer Service of SheerID here. They're the ones that manage the verification. They'd be happy to help you out so that you get the activation link for the discount. 

Once you receive the confirmation mail all you have to do is click on the Get Premium button and confirm your payment details.
