Did not receive my 3 months free


Hello, i have not received my 3 months free for my Spotify Students plan. 


For context I had a Spotify family plan in which I was the account holder, that plan expired and the same day I opted for the student plan as I’m now in university. I was charged for the first month but I don’t see anything indicating that I will be getting 3 months free. Any reason?

Hey @SweaterJesus 


In order to be eligble for the first 3 months free, you would have to have been a new Spotify user. Since you have used Spotify before, by using the family plan, it deems you uneligble for the free 3 month period.
