Hi, My name is Barbara Heerkens. I currently go to northern Arizona university. I forgot to update my info to keep the student price and got charged more. I just was able to update my account, but is there anyway I can get a refund back for what I was charged last month? Thank you

Hey @barheerk, welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, if you forgot to update your information during the period requested by the system, you can't receive a refund for the month paid at full price. The discounted price of the subscription will be applied to the next month.
