Discontinuing student subscription

I have paid on autopay for the last 4 years with my student subscription.

I earned a bachelor's degree in May and am in grad school now, just got my congratulations email today from Spotify and they informed me they plan to double my monthly bill unless I cancel my Spotify account.

Well, I was happy with the way things were, but I guess Spotify wasn't happy with students hearing music without paying full price. Now my time with Spotify has come to an end.

It's not all bad, I found out the other online radio will give me an account with a student discount for even cheaper.

Way to go Spotify.

Currently, the student discount is valid for up to 4 years. However, you can check again anytime for the latest offers and discount here.

Additionally, it looks like other people feel the same way. It's well worth giving it a vote to show your support on this idea.
