My Question or Issue:

 

I've had a student account for a very long time and always submitted the certificate on time! When I saw my account statement a few days ago,  I was shocked. I saw that spotify for the third time € 9.99 instead of € 4.99 has deducted. I have not been notified to submit a matriculation certificate because my account was up to 2020.

How can it be that I can not contact anyone about the problem?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
