Double Payment

Hi, I wanted to be premium member as a student. When I was trying to enter my student certificate, safari crashed and web page is closed. It happened after I have entered my credit card information. When I check my credit card, I have seen that the payment is done, but nothing is changed at my account, still spotify free.
I tried for the second time and succeded to upload the file. This time I have checked again my credit card, payment is done again!! Please cancel one of these payments and enable my premium account.

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
