Error occurs when I try to purchase student plan

Hello guys, I have been having some issues trying to purchase the student plan. I completed by student verification with no problem. When I try to use my debit card on the final step it says that “ Something went wrong. Try again, or get help”. I tried a different card, different browser, incognito, and cleared my cache but still can’t purchase the plan. I would really appreciate if someone can help me on this issue. Thank you in advance.

I had the same problem but with the regular Premium plan. If you haven't already, try purchasing it through your mobile device.

If that solution doesn't work, go to the Spotify website > F12 > Application > Storage > Cookies > Right-click Spotify.com and clear that.

Log back into your Spotify account and try purchasing again.

I did exactly as you said but it still shows the same error. Any other methods you can recommend?

When you verified your enrollment, did you get a link through SMS or Email? Let's try reverifying your enrollment and going through email if you haven't already.
