Error processing my payment

I recently got a notification on Spotify that my payment method needed to be updated because they weren't able to charge me. I tried switching it to another credit card, but when i put all the data, it just said that an error ocurred processing the payment, and it won't accept it. Both cards, the one i had and the new one I tried to change it to, work normally and have money, and in February it worked.
