Error: you've cancelled your family plan membership

Hi,

I already have Premium for Family and it is also visible in subscriptions. I also got an email saying 'Your Google Home Mini is now available'. But as soon as I click on the link, it gives message - 'We're sorry, but it seems you've cancelled your family plan membership. You can still register for this offer by renewing your subscription.'

 

Could you plesae help me to resolve this?

Could you try clicking on the link using an incognito window, or another browser?

 

If that doesn't help, could you try using another device?
