Full price renew instead of student discount renew

My Question or Issue

I just got a notification from the bank informing me I've just paid 9,99€ for the premium renew instead of 4,99€ for the students plan I already had.
So Spotify stole me 5,00€ without remembering me the student year has expired.
Is there any way to get a refund or a one-month-free extension?
