Gave My Ex Girlfriend Hulu, How to I remove her account?

So I already had a paid subscription of HULU through Sprint, then when I got Spotify Preimium for Students I gave the HULU subscribtion to my at the time girlfriend and she made her own hulu account and connected it to my Spotify. We are broken up and I'd like to remove her. How would I do this?

I use Facebook to login, and how would changing the password disconnect the hulu subscribtion from her account?

Sorry I don't get it.

You have a hulu subscription. It is connected to your spotify. How do you setup such connection? I assume you have to enter your spotify username and password to connect. You use facebook for this. When you change the facebook password, the connection will be broken.
