Got 3 months free promotion and already charged

Hello, 

I found out today that there was a 3 month free in Spotify. 
I’ve never been premium but I decided to get it today. I also saw that I could the student’s plan which is way cheaper.

I got verified in 5 min and I got my subscription. However, I got charged instantly when I used the link with the 3 months free. 

How can I get them?

Just wanted to jump in with some additional info to the support article @beanos had shared.

If you subscribed for a free trial but got charged immediately, it's likely that you're not eligible for the offer.

This happens when your account was on Premium before or if you've paid for Premium in the past on another account with the same payment method. In those cases it won't be possible to activate any trial offer, since they're intended for users who've never tested Premium.
