Help with my student account

Hi ! i'm using spotify students since a year and today my payment failed. But the thing is when I try to pay, it says that's a regular premium account and I can't have a student premium back because I need to confirm that I'm a student but I already did it two months ago so when I try to confirm, it doesn't work. 

This is what i get when i complete the formulaire (below the text), I have no access at all and can't have my subscription back and I don't understand why, can you please help me??

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
